Nicolás Martinez (born 25 September 1987 in Viedma ) is an Argentine football midfielder. He currently plays for Chilean club Santiago Wanderers. His brother is the footballer Juan Manuel Martínez.
He was formed in the young division of the club Vélez Sarfield, in 2008 he was loaned to Almirante Brown a team of third category of Argentina.
In 2009 he arrived to Independiente but he make his debut in 2010.
In 19 December 2010, Martínez scored 4-2 goal in the match of Copa Sudamericana 2010 vs Defensor Sporting, giving Independiente the chance for pass to quarter finals.
